Our aim is to produce naturally with quality raw materials. We do not use concentrates, any unnecessary chemicals, artificial flavors or colors.
SIGELSBERG CIDER is made out of 100% apple juice from slovak apples, unpasteurized. In the classic product line we use carbonization (i.e. add CO2). However, we also offer products where CO2 is produced by the natural way of fermentation in a bottle (Champagne method).
We rely on the knowledge and experience of top Slovak experts in the field of fermentation and beverage production. The basis of our production is a selection of quality Slovak raw materials, technologies and the special family recipe.
